Bylaw officers might no longer be able to enter properties without permission

If you have ever found a bylaw officer on your property unannounced, those days might soon be over. Aurora has set the wheels in motion on a process which could remove, in most cases, the rights of municipal bylaw officers to enter properties without full notification of the property owner.
