Rise and Shine Breakfast will continue as scheduled

Aurora United Church’s regular Rise & Shine Community Breakfast will continue as scheduled today despite Friday’s fire.

Due to the circumstances, the breakfast, which serves those in need within the Aurora community and surrounding area, will instead be held starting at 9.30 a.m. at Trinity Anglican Church.

In the aftermath of the fire, congregations throughout Aurora, including Trinity and Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, were quick to lend a hand, coming up with solutions and resources for displaced parishioners.

Organizers of this week’s breakfast promise “business as usual” complete with live music.
