Peterson declares Federal Liberal candidacy

Although he has been not been shy about his intentions to stand for election, Newmarket lawyer Kyle Peterson has officially thrown his hat in the political arena.

Mr. Peterson will once again seek the Newmarket-Aurora Federal Liberal nomination in time for next Federal election expected in 2015.

“I am running with one goal in mind: to be the voice for our community in Ottawa,” he said in a statement. “I want to make sure everyone feels they have a place to express their concerns or share ideas. I see that as the primary role as a Member of Parliament.”
