Stumped on who to vote for in the October 27 Municipal Election? Sunday afternoon might provide some clarity.

The Aurora Public Library hosts the second of three all-candidates meetings this Sunday, October 5, at Aurora Town Hall, beginning at 2 p.m.

All 28 candidates for Council have been invited to participate, where they will each be given two minutes to state their cases on why they should get your vote. Trustee candidates for both the York Region District School Board and the York Catholic District School board have also been invited to come for their two minutes.

Following these introductions, Aurora’s two mayoral candidates, Geoffrey Dawe and John Gallo will then participate in a debate, moderated by former councillor Bob McRoberts, where questions from the floor will be taken by a numbered draw.

For more information, contact Cindy Shaver, Communications Coordinator for the Aurora Public Library at 905-727-9494 x227.
