PETER PAN TICKET CONTEST – Win a family four pack with your own personal Neverland

Peter Pan, the classic story about a boy who refused to grow up, is coming to the Aurora Cultural Centre and you could win a family four pack to the December 9 performance by sharing a story of your own, personal “Neverland.”

Whether it is a haven you use to get away from it all, or your favourite childhood memory, entries up to 200 words will be accepted by emailing brock@auroran.com (Subject line: Peter Pan Contest) by December 7 at 12 noon.

The Aurora Cultural Centre presents its annual Family Holiday Afternoon on Saturday, December 9 at 1 pm, featuring “the Nearly World- Famous DuffleBag Theatre” in an uproarious, family-friendly stage presentation of Peter Pan.”\

The matinée kicks off with refreshments and creative family fun activities, followed by the play from 2 – 3pm. All guests will then leave with a little goodie bag to remember their day!

DuffleBag’s version of Peter Pan is a laughter-filled romp perfect for all ages. Wendy Darling is sad to learn that she’s growing too old to stay in the nursery any longer, and must move to the adult wing of the house. But when an adventurous young boy offers to fly her to Neverland where she can stay young forever, Wendy is catapulted into an adventure filled with magic pixies, charming pirates, and talking trees! As Peter Pan battles his arch-nemesis Captain Hook, this fun version of J.M. Barrie’s beloved classic will have even grown-ups will feeling like kids again!

Date: Saturday, December 9, 1 pm
Age Range: All Ages
Tickets: $20 each, or $72 for a Family 4-pack, plus HST. (Tickets applicable for those ages 12 months and up.)
