Is that a sign of discontentment or is it genuine caring about the community?<br \/>\nSome candidates appear to be relative newcomers to the area and I wonder if they are aware of any of the history of the area, including the Oak Ridges Moraine or of the angst being suffered by the residents of Tyler Street and surrounding streets over the pending issues there?<br \/>\nThe most interesting thing to me is that not one of these candidates has knocked on our door on Tyler Street. Tyler Street is, and has been under construction all summer with questionable engineering problems that have resulted in the houses on the north side of Tyler between Temperance Street and Mill Street below grade.<br \/>\nWe used to be level. No Council candidate, nor Mayoral candidate has come to our doors.
