Our Conservative Government\u2019s commitment to a low-tax plan is leaving more money in the pockets of Canadians.
\nOur Government has reduced taxes over 160 times.
\nOur strong action has reduced the federal tax burden to its lowest point in 50 years.
\nThe reduction of the GST to 5 per cent alone puts nearly $1,000 back in the pockets of the average Canadian family annually.
\nWith measures like the reduction of the personal income tax rate to 15 per cent, the introduction of the Tax-Free Savings Account and the introduction of pension income splitting, Canadians of all walks of life are benefitting.
\nIn contrast, Liberal leader Justin Trudeau appointed Member of Parliament Chrystia Freeland as his economic advisor, a carbon tax supporter who said \u201camen to raising taxes.\u201d The Liberals have voted against all our tax cuts.
