I believe Mr. Greenhough has put forward some very good points on the need for a Ward system.
\nI would like to add a couple more.
\nFirstly and most importantly it would raise the level of accountability within the Council and secondly it would allow us to actually get to know our Councillor, so instead of trying to make one\u2019s way through a myriad of bureaucracy it will be much simpler to connect with our elected Councillor to express concerns.
\nParochial! \u2013 It\u2019s about being concerned for the individual and building a healthy community for all.<\/p>\n
