The Aurora Chamber of Commerce\u2019s upcoming Home & Living Show has sold out of vendor space ahead of this weekend\u2019s extravaganza, which takes over the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex this Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizers behind York Region\u2019s longest-running home show announced Friday that excitement was in the air as they sold out of vendor spaces a full week before welcoming guests to the SARC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re ahead of schedule, too,\u201d says Sandra Watson of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adds Debra Wilson, the Chamber\u2019s Interim President & CEO, \u201cthere is definitely a demand this year. There is a bit of buzz in the air. People seem to be wanting to get out and about!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watson says she has heard from a number of participating business that they are hurting amid Canada\u2019s current economic uncertainty and \u201cthey are looking for avenues to get out there, get their name out there, and meet some potential customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have so many small businesses that are right here in our community and our backyards that we should be supporting,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chamber promises a \u201cfull weekend packed with inspiration and ideas for your home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
