A walk and rally in support of Ukraine will take place on Sunday afternoon beginning at the Aurora Cenotaph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized by resident Lauren Hanna, participants are encouraged to bring posters or signs opposing the war, and\/or wear the national colours of Ukraine: blue and yellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will get underway at the Cenotaph (14659 Yonge Street) at 2 p.m., on March 13 with a walk north on Yonge Street to Town Park beginning at 2.10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There, a short, silent vigil will take place \u201cto honour all those who have been displaced by the conflict in Ukraine and conflicts elsewhere in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
