While Aurora\u2019s traditional Easter festivities have been\ncancelled this year, as have many family gatherings, you can still get into the\nfestive spirit by decorating your windows for passers-by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a fun and festive window display and submit your\nphoto by Friday, April 10, for a chance to have your creativity showcased by\nthe Town of Aurora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs families across the globe are staying at home from\nwork and school due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Aurora is providing a\nchance for the community to connect with each other while practicing physical\ndistancing,\u201d says the Town. \u201cFrom now until Friday, April 10, make a colourful,\ncreative Easter-themed window at home so your neighbours and the Easter Bunny\ncan see!\u201d
\nThere are three easy steps to participate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Decorate\nyour window with handmade Easter-themed arts and crafts<\/li>
  2. Take\na picture of your decorated window<\/li>
  3. Have\nyour parent or guardian post a photo of your window to Facebook or Instagram\nusing the hashtag #AuroraEasterWindow<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can also tag the Town in your photo on Facebook\n@Town_of_Aurora or on Instagram @TownofAurora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All participants must continue to practice physical\ndistancing and only participate with members of their immediate household. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Entries will be showcased online on Saturday, April 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
