Police seek two male suspects following shooting near Bayview &#038; Stone Road"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>York Regional Police are investigating a shooting that took\nplace on Hackwood Crescent, southwest of Bayview Avenue and Stone Road on\nFriday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A male victim, approximately 30 years of age, is being treated\nfor serious injuries following the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two male suspects are currently being sought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe believe we\u2019re looking for an approximately 10-year-old Cadillac [and] we believe there are two male suspects on board, believed to be black,\u201d said Staff Sergeant Andrew Bell, noting they do not have any further descriptors of the suspects.  \u201cThey left the scene in a southbound direction.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police believe there is \u201csome damage\u201d to the suspects\u2019 vehicle, said Bell, \u201cpossibly the taillights and back end.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident is believed to have taken place on the street, but Bell says nothing is known about the interaction between the suspects and the victim at this time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witnesses with any information are being asked to come\nforward and Police note video will assist the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the York\nRegional Police #1 District Criminal
