Dear Chanel and Zahr:
\nI am so sorry you had to put up with this awful man at your counter today.
\nI heard him yelling at you: \u201cThis is ridiculous, you have really screwed me up! Are you kidding me? I have to pick up my son in 10 minutes. You have really screwed me up. Now I have to make two trips!\u201d
\nThis went on for a few minutes while the two of you tried to fix whatever was wrong. Then, he put his hand up in front of your faces and said \u201cGo away! I do not want to talk to you! I do not want to talk to you anymore!\u201d Now, motioning both of you with his hands.
\nOn and on he went, \u201cI don\u2019t want to talk to you anymore.\u201d
\n\u201cGo away!\u201d he belted one more time.
\nI think everyone in line, heck, in the whole store heard this bully. I really hope you were able to take a break to recover. I know I did.<\/p>\n
