They went 3-0-1 in early March against the Newmarket Redmen to set up the divisional final matchup, a back-and-forth affair in which the Tigers came out with two 4 \u2013 1 victories and a 4 \u2013 3 thriller.<\/p>\n<p>It was a similar ending for the Minor PeeWee AE\u2019s on the ACC\u2019s other ice pad, earning a 4 \u2013 0 shutout of the Newmarket Redmen to capture the York-Simcoe title. The Tigers were in control of the series following a Game 1 loss, and needed only a tie Saturday to clinch the championship.<\/p>\n<p>The wins wrap up the season for all but the Minor Bantam AE
