Saturday was a time to take in rarely seen Aurora landmarks \u2013 and experience favourite locations in new ways \u2013 as Doors Open Ontario, The Town of Aurora, and numerous community organizations partnered to deliver the annual Doors Open Aurora Tour. <\/p>\n

Artist Ona Kingdon was on hand at the Aurora Public Library, painting “IncarceraTED” — the latest in her teddy bear-based TED series.<\/p><\/div>\n

Doors Open 2015 offered a rare glimpse inside Metro Toronto’s emergency base, nicknamed “Diefenbunker”, on Old Yonge Street.<\/p><\/div>\n

Visitors on the tour were able to explore several sites at St. Andrew’s College, including their grand library.<\/p><\/div>\n
