Title: Six held in Aurora murder investigation

Six people are in custody following a homicide investigation in Aurora.



On Wednesday, June 10, at approximately 2.45 p.m., York Regional Police were called to the scene on Wellington Street East near Walton Drive where officers “located a male inside a residence suffering from significant trauma.”



The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.



While six are in custody amid the investigation, no charges have been laid at this time.



Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact the York Regional Police Homicide Unit at 1-866-876-5423 x7865. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
