Title: Overpasses are a better option for trails

I would hope any pedestrian crossing would be located to accommodate more than just trail--goers.  
Shoppers and job workers coming to the area should also figure into the location.
Is it too late to consider one pedestrian overpass instead of two underpasses?
What a way to showcase our progressive town, than to have something everyone will see and be proud of.
I think anyone who has seen the overhead walkway at Orillia's Highway 11 (Webers) would agree that is a better option than burrowing and sending people underground.
