			<content-encoded><![CDATA[If there was ever any doubt that we were in an election year, I need only look in the paper every week.  I've never seen so many pictures of our current mayor at official openings, ribbon cuttings, cheque presentations, or any event going on.  
Every week I play “Find the Mayor” looking for this week's picture and so far, it doesn't seem I've missed a week. Great advertising for him. Definitely seems to stack the deck.
