I am not willing to pay more for my local calls for a wider local area since I can call on internet.  Why pay twice?

(Editor's Note: Council recently passed a motion looking to Bell Canada to expand Aurora's local calling area. Some cautioned, however, that expanding the local calling area could result in an overall hit on phone bills)
