Queen's York Rangers fundraiser slated for NovemberA fundraising dinner will be held at the Aurora branch of the Royal Canadian Legion on Thursday, November 20 to honour the Queen's York Rangers. Beginning at 6 p.m. the fundraiser is billed as “O Canada: We Stand On Guard For Thee” and is intended to honour the work done by the local regiment right here in Canada. Tickets are $60 and now available to purchase by emailing Brian North at bnorth@ellisstudios.ca or Kimberley Kerr at rhkerr@rogers.com. If unable to attend, opportunities to sponsor a soldier to attend are also available. |
