My name is Wendy Powell (nee Tull).
I am the little girl in Santa's arms. I was a couple of months short of my second birthday. This picture was taken in December of 1949. The man in the picture, to the right of Santa, looking at the camera is my father, Arthur Tull.
I hope this solves the “who was that little girl.”
