MP’s column is ironic when looking at Senate

It is quite ironic that the local Member of Parliament warns us in the Auroran (March 12) that it is fraud prevention month and we should “recognize it, report it, stop it”
Perhaps the Federal Member for Newmarket-Aurora could save us all time and money by recognizing those members of the Senate of any party affiliation who have claimed expenses for which they are not entitled.
Sadly, I doubt that these Senators will be investigated with the same vigor that other white collar criminals would be subjected to.
