Councillor-elect “overwhelmed” by support

I am overwhelmed by the support I have received these past few months.
My family and I very much appreciate the efforts of the many people who helped me door knock, canvass, put up signs – guard signs! – and get the word out about my campaign.
There is a new Council now and I have the immense privilege of being a part of it.
Thank you for the faith you have put in me to be your Town Councillor.
It is an honour and a privilege to be elected to Aurora Town Council and I look forward to the next four years – working together to get things done!
