Reader supports Farmers’ Market decision

I write to The Auroran with regard to comments David Heard chose to mention and the approval The Auroran gave to permit its printing.
I'm beginning to lose interest quickly when I come upon anything that this person has to say verbally within a public forum or written within a local paper.
If my memory serves me correctly, David also used to have his own “personal column” so it seemed within The Auroran that he frequently used only to discuss his personal issues and misfortunes.
I say this, and publish it if you so wish: David! It's a farmers' market. I believe for whatever reason you were moved was for the overall benefit of the market.
Farm produce, consumable items like baked goods, jams and jellies, sweet corn, lettuce. Not t-shirts and photos of historic buildings. Non-related items should be grouped and merchandised separately. You don't see summer shorts for sale at pet food stores. I believe it's simply a marketing and merchandising decision of which I support.
I'm appalled that David has used your local paper to imply that a hearing impairment may cause a safety issue for him when in fact he only wishes to remain front stage and centre at the market. I'm not sold and excuse me…I'm trying to purchase a pound of homemade butter.
