Resident won’t forget comment at election time

So Councillor John Abel thinks that the increase in costs of $4.4 Million Dollars for construction of the new Joint Operations Centre is and I quote “are a little bit more.” Obviously this Councillor has no appreciation for the value of the citizens’ hard earned tax dollars. I shall not forget this comment at election time.
