Pleased Gallo has not waivered

(Re: Gallo’s letter had ‘delicious touch of irony’, says Reader. September 25)

The Aurora Town Council’s support of legal action of our former mayor (Phyllis Morris) was not dismissed, as stated in Mr. Walkinshaw’s Letter to the Editor last week.
It was abandoned after the new Town Council elected to no longer financially support it.
There were sound monitory reasons not to continue, but the principle for the action still prevails today.
I am pleased to note that Councillor Gallo is not wavering in his stance for having voted in support for the action.
