No injuries in Delattaye Ave house fire

No one was injured in a Thursday evening housefire in east Aurora.
Central York Fire Services responded to a residential house fire call at approximately 8 p.m. on May 31.
Upon arrival at the residence in the Bayview and Wellington area, firefighters located smoke coming out of the roof. Crews entered the home and made their way to the second floor attic to conduct search, rescue and fire control operations.
The investigation concluded this was an electrical fire.
Six Central York fire apparatus responded to the incident with additional resources from York Regional Police and York Paramedic Services.
