Reader ponders “endorsement”(Re: Conservatives “allow families to make the decisions that impact them”, August 20) Given the recent article on Lois Brown and the recent musings of one of your columnists one wonders if The Auroran is now endorsing the CPC. Geoffrey Smith Aurora (Editor's Note: As indicated by the header in the print edition of The Auroran, the article in question is one of a series of articles on each candidate running in Newmarket-Aurora and Aurora-Oak Ridges-Richmond Hill. The series began, in alphabetical order with Liberal candidate Leona Alleslev, followed by Conservative candidate Ms. Brown, NDP candidate Yvonne Kelly and continues this week with Green candidate Vanessa Long. As for Mr. Somerville, his opinions are his own.) |
