“Volunteer recycling program” suggested

I would like to suggest to Town Council an inexpensive way to help divert the green bin/blue box contents to their appropriate destinations.
To wit: have the operators of the green bin/blue box trucks “volunteer” to keep the green bin contents on the green bin side of the truck and keep the blue box contents on the blue box side, instead of chucking them in willy-nilly and having them end up on the wrong side.
In addition, have those same operators “volunteer” to stop accepting the contents of green bins that are packed in plastic grocery bags instead of compostable ones.
These things don’t happen you say? Have a GOOD look sometime!
